Listing each time Penny has shape-shifted into each form

Hello, dear reader! In a discussion, MysticStars1201 mentioned how she would like a list of all the times each of Penny's forms have been used, including the one-time forms. I have decided to deliver. (And I will probably miss a few, so feel free to let me know.) From "The Shell" onward, Penny has shape-shifted into many forms. I will list every one, how many times she has morphed into that form, and at the very end, I will list the single-appearance forms.

Jackalope

• "The Shell": Immediately after the gargoyle, she morphs into this.
• "The Bros": It is one of the forms she morphs into while choking on the ring.
• "The Romantic": When the wolf starts chasing her, she morphs into this.

Minotaur

• "The Shell": Asking how anyone could love someone like her, she morphs into this and smashes the pavement with her fists. It appears once again during the kiss.
• "The Bros": It is one of the forms she morphs into while choking on the ring.
• "The Mess": She morphs into it while screaming at Gumball and Darwin.

Slimy pig

• "The Shell": After Jackie calls her ugly, she runs away, claiming she is a disgusting pig, and morphs into this. It appears again during the kiss.
• "The Bros": It is one of the forms she morphs into while choking on the ring.

Dragon

• "The Shell": Penny morphs into it after her father calls her a monster, and again during the kiss.
• "The Romantic": When Gumball explains why he sent Penny on the treasure hunt, she becomes furious and shape-shifts into this.
• "The Transformation": She transforms into this while screaming at her father about how he is oppressing her.
• "The Inquisition": Angry at Gumball for kissing Sarah, she morphs into this form and shoots fire at him, which causes her to turn back to normal.

Wolf

• "The Shell": Gumball finds her in this form in the woods.
• "The Bros": It is one of the forms she morphs into while choking on the ring.
• "The Blame": She morphs into it while singing about the story "Little Red Hiding Hood".

Gorgon

• "The Mirror": After Carmen tells her Gumball said she was fat, Penny turns toward him, morphs into this form, and hisses at him.
• "The Bros": It is one of the forms she morphs into while choking on the ring.
• "The Romantic": After trekking all the way to the middle of the desert only to learn Gumball had not meant for her to go there, she laughs hysterically and transforms into this. She morphs into it again when Gumball asks for one last kiss before their death.
• "The Transformation": Angry at Gumball's comment about her shelled appearance, she morphs into this and hisses at him.

Single-appearance forms

• Gremlin: Her first form. She morphs into it in "The Shell" when she is first afraid her appearance is unsightly. It appears again during the kiss.
• Monster arm: Her second form in "The Shell". She uses it to smash through the wall in Gumball's room.
• Gargoyle: "The Shell". She morphs into it after smashing through the wall, and again during the kiss.
• Small spirit: Again "The Shell". She shrinks into this form when Gumball tells her she means nothing to him.
• Hairy creature: "The Shell". She morphs into this right after the small spirit form, and heads into the woods.
• Flying squirrel: "The Romantic". She jumps over a large gap, shape-shifting into this.
• Mouse: "The Romantic". She morphs into this form when the bear roars at her.
• Pulsating head: "The Transformation". This form is actually unknown, as she restrains herself from transforming when Patrick misunderstands the moral of her story.
