The Universe is a minor location in The Amazing World of Gumball. It makes its debut in the opening theme and its in-episode debut is in "The Debt."

• "The Debt": It appears when Gumball gets launched into space by Mr. Robinson.
• "The Pressure": It appears when Gumball and Penny are about to kiss.
• "The Party": Once again, it appears when Gumball and Penny are about to kiss.

Season 2

• "The Dream": It appears in Gumball's dream where Darwin kisses Penny.
• "The Tape": It appears in one of Gumball and Darwin's videotapes.
• "The World": It appears in a skit.

Season 3

• "The Name": Scenes from "The Pressure" are seen in Gumball's subconciousnous, and Darwin even mentions the scene with the universe.
• "The Shell": It appears for a third time when Gumball and Penny are about to kiss, and then again when they finally do kiss.
• "The Bros": It appears in Gumball's imagination.
• "The Question": It is where the "Your Life Doesn't Count" montage takes place.
• "The Countdown": It briefly appears after the big bang.

• "The Compilation": It is seen during Gumball and Penny's part of "Weird Like You And Me."

Season 5

• "The Singing": The planets make fun of Pluto, who breaks into song.

Season 6

• "The Factory": It appears in Gumball's dream where he and Penny are about to kiss.
