Tony is a minor character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He made his first appearance in "Christmas" where Richard mistook him for a pregnant woman. His first prominent role was in "The Pony," in which he falls into a manhole while jogging.

Appearance

He is an overweight yellow humanoid with a stubble neckbeard, yellow ears, and red irises, who wears a white sleeveless shirt and no pants. Sometimes he is seen in his pink jogging ensemble.

Names

• On a design sheet for season 2, he is named "Neck Beard."
• In "The Nest," he is referred to as Martin Peaches in a news report.
• In "The Founder," his name is Tony.

• "Christmas": His first appearance and speaking role. Richard mistakes him for a pregnant woman.
• "The Pony": He is jogging and falls into a manhole in which he gets stuck, but later gets pulled out by Gumball and Darwin.
• "The Sidekick": He is seen on the main street.
• "The Hero": He is seen in the crowd of people watching Richard dance.
• "The Tag": He is seen in his car.
• "The Limit": He is seen at Elmore Shopping, and later crushes Nicole, along with Pantsbully and the melted cheese guy.

• "The Mothers": He appears in a crowd of citizens applauding Nicole.
• "The Shell": He is in the audience watching the play.
• "The Pizza": He gets heartbroken when Gumball said it was Earth all along and rolls away.
• "The Lie": He gets his present.
• "The Butterfly": He is running on street where Mr. Robinson splashes water from the road onto him.
• "The Saint": He suddenly collapses on a sidewalk, and his face turns red.

• Tony's cheeks, ears, and color scheme are somewhat similar to Pikachu's from the Pokémon franchise.
