Synopsis[]
Gumball's dad has been revealed as "Elmore's Most Wanted"- but when the Chief of Police tries to investigate, things do not go according to plan.[3]
Plot[]
Kip reports news on Father's Day about Richard, stating that he is a bad father and that he will most likely be arrested due to many complaints from various people. Chicken Bucket in his office decides to call some people and get to the bottom of this.
He starts with the Donut Cop, he asks him why Richard has not been arrested yet, but they end up flashing back to some of times he has committed crimes and all the people he has disguised himself as, as well as some of the times he has violated traffic laws. Afterwards he gives the Donut Cop Richard’s address and he proceeds to try and catch him but ends up crashing into the Hamburger Cop’s police car.
The chief then decides to contact the cyber crime department of the police force. Hayden then proceeds to show him one of Richard’s online game reviews. in the game review Richard opens up the character map and thinks it is some sort of game. Richard then reveals a "cheat code" by typing in :~erase drive in the system tab, the video ends as the screen turns black. It is then shown that Hayden proceeds to do the same and types erase drive, and throws his pc into the trash. The chief thinks he got hacked and decides to call Martha.
Martha pulls out Richards files and flashes back to scenes from "The Castle," "The Deal," and "The Heist." She then suggests that he should talk to Mr. Robinson if he wants to get Richard arrested.
He calls Mr. Robinson who asks if it is about his wife, but the chief reveals it is about Richard. Mr. Robinson proceeds to flashback to "The Tag." Afterwards, Mr. Robinson informs him that if he wants real dirt he should go see Principal Brown.
Principal Brown picks up the phone and flashbacks to scene from "The Understanding" and "The Puppy." Principal Brown states that he does not have any real beef with Richard and suggests that he should try Larry. The chief agrees and proceeds to contact Larry.
Larry picks up the phone and flashes back to scenes from "The Worst," "The Menu," and "The Stars." Larry strongly agrees that Richard should be arrested, and hangs up. The chief then states he never asked Larry anything.
The Donut Cop phones him again and says he is going to end the work day, but the chief tells him not to worry because he has all the evidence to get Richard arrested. He then starts playing "character map" and types "erase drive." He then says "Aw, what the nugget. It's Father's Day. I'll let him off with a caution" ending the episode.

Elmore News[]
[The episode starts with Elmore news. However, it skips straight to the end of the intro and then Kip Schlezinger starts to talk]
Kip Schlezinger: And finally, it may be fathers day today. But there's one Elmore daddy who won't be celebrating. Richard Watterson, has been revealed as Elmore's least law abiding citizen, his anti social behaviour outnumbers the combined diverts of, a teenager who looks like a bomb, a man who looks like a thumbprint and the head of our local government. Elmore News reached out to The Chief of Police for comment, but he told us that he wasn't there.
[The scene then skips to the Police Station and a siren can be heard going off, Chicken Bucket can be heard shouting]
Elmore's Police Station[]
Chicken Bucket: Can someone explain how this happened?! We're the laughing stock of the policing community, outsmarted by a pink rabbit and his stupid clip-on tie! I could lose my job over this [inaudible]. What's worse is that there is nobody in this gosh darn office! I gotta get to the bottom of this Watterson character. And to get to the bottom of anything you gotta start at the top... No wait that's me. You gotta start near the top.
[The scene then changes to the Donut Cop in his car "eating" some food but then his communicator then turns on]
Getting To The Bottom Of It[]
Chicken Bucket: Sheriff, answer me this! Why is Richard Watterson at large?
Donut Cop: Cus' he eats more calories then he burns?
Chicken Bucket: I said at large! At large! You've had him at your sights on multiple occasions and let him go! Here at your job, when you could have arrested him for wasting police time!
[The communicator then goes onto the camera footage. There is a scene from "The Game" and Richard can be seen running up towards the Donut Cop to report a theft]
Richard: Officer, please! I need to report a theft!
Donut Cop: Yes! Finally! What did the thief look like?
Richard: Well, he was wearing a monocle.
Donut Cop: Uh huh... Okay, uh anything else?
Richard: Yes! He had a big furry moustache.
- [Doughnut Sheriff writes it down again, then he sees Richard wearing a big furry mustache]
- Donut Cop: Okay... any other distinguishing features?
- Richard: Yes, he was dressed as a yodeler!
- [Doughnut Sheriff continues to stare at him]
- Richard: Aren't you gonna write that down?
- Donut Cop: Just testing something.
- [Doughnut Sheriff blinks for a split second, and Richard immediately is dressed in a suit of a yodeler]
- Donut Cop: Yah! And what did that man steal?
- Richard: A kiss.
[The scene goes back to the Donut Cop]
Donut Cop: Well chief, after we kissed, i thought it was kinda hard to arrest him.
Chicken Bucket: I admire you gentlemanly conduct officer, but that was not the first time he operated incognito. He has posed as;
[Chicken Bucket clicks on some of the unknowns that Richard disguised himself as]
Chicken Bucket: Richard Wattitesh, Rachel Waterwigan, Samantha Jones, and when he was disguised as the infamous man-mom, he evaded your entire force.
[The communicator then goes onto the camera footage. There is a scene from "The Name" and The Wattersons can be seen in their car with Richard disguised as a woman with makeup.]
Donut Cop: Hey, lady! Pull over and step out of the stolen vehicle!
[He notices Richard with the makeup and Nicole]
Donut Cop: I meant, put a bag on your head, pull over and step out of the stolen vehicle!
[Scene goes back to the Donut Cop]
Chicken Bucket: And again, when he was disguised as the British fraudster Dame Prunella Big-Red-Us.
Richard: [In the video] Fish and chips.
[The communicator then goes onto the camera footage. There is a scene from "The Finale" and Gumball, Darwin, and Richard are at the school.]
Darwin: So to recap, Gumball and I will sneak into the hospital and give each other facial reconstructive surgery to make us look like the two highest achievers at school.
Gumball: Simultaneously paying off our debts and allowing us to replace them at school.
Richard: [Wearing a disguise] Ah, perfect and simple. What could go wrong?
[An empty street is shown, then Gumball (disguised as Alan; his head is detached from his body, his neck is twisted to look like Alan's knot, a string is connected to his head and body, and he has bandages all over his head), Darwin (who is disguised as Bobert with grey paint), and Richard (disguised as "Dana Prinella big red bus") appear, gasping for breath while running from several police cars and dropping dollars on the road.]
[The scene goes back to the Donut Cop]
Chicken Bucket: 300 pounds of blubberware in kitten heels and you still couldn't catch him? And then look at his road traffic offenses! They're off the chart!
[The screen displays a scale of Richard's traffic offenses from 1 to 9+. The line goes so high that it goes through the screen.]
[Scene changes to a flashback of "The Password" and Richard and Nicole are fighting in the cars for who is the favorite of the kids. They stop when they reach the gas station.]
- Nicole: Oh. Uh, Richard, do you have the card?
- Richard: Sure. [Gives her the card]
- Nicole: Thanks. [Uses card, then throws it away]
- [She gets in her car, and drives away laughing. Richard hurriedly gets back in his car, throwing money at the pump, and drives off without taking off the hose. Back the road, the gas station can be seen exploding in the distance. The scene freezes and goes back to the Donut Cop.]
Donut Cop: Apologies, Chief. Looks like i really dropped the ball with Watterson.
Chicken Bucket: You did more than drop a ball, you totally mishandled the situation!
[Scene changes to a flashback in Donut Cop's car, Chicken Bucket gives the Donut cop an adress]
Chicken Bucket: Now, here's his adress, go get him!
Donut Cop: Okay, boss. I'm on my way!
[Donut Cop tries to eat something first, water, a sandwich, some snacks, an ice cream, and another water that had mint added to it. But he throws everything off-the car.]
Donut Cop: Okay.
[Donut Cop starts to drive but collides with the Hamburger Cop's car]
Donut Cop: The traffic is pretty bad out here.
Cyber Crime Department[]
[The scene changes to the Chicken Bucket office with the Donut Cop calling.]
Donut Cop: [In the calling] Maybe try the cyber crime department first.
