Trivia
- In "The Origins," the house was originally painted dark green.
- However, in "The Choices," the house was painted purple before the Wattersons moved in.
- The house's address in real life is 1022 York Street, Vallejo, California.[1] In real life, it is on the left side of the house used for the Wattersons' home rather than the right.
- The sales agreement Jeff signs in "The Sale" reveals the home to be 1,530 square feet. This is much smaller than its real-world counterpart, which is 2,310 square feet.
- In “The Origins”, the house was sold to Mr. Robinson, but in” The Heart”, while showing a flashback when the Watterson family moved into a house, he is seen looking through the Robinson’s window.
