New Bobert is a single-appearance character in The Amazing World of Gumball. He is a black version of Bobert (produced as part of the Bobert System) who appears in "The Upgrade."

Appearance

New Bobert looks identical to his white counterpart, just with a mainly black body instead. His feet are gray. New Bobert's eyes are a slightly different shade of gray compared to Bobert 6B's. His 'mouth' flashes blue when he talks.

Personality

With New Bobert being a robot, his personality is somewhat unclear. From his short and so far only appearance in "The Upgrade," he is ostensibly identical to Bobert in personality, being highly analytical and extremely intelligent. He has apps installed in his system and appears to be programmed to preserve and protect sentient life, shown from his willingness to save Gumball, Darwin, and Bobert. However, he appears to lack empathy, as he abandons Bobert to fall to his death because he cannot carry three passengers (he is carrying Gumball and Darwin already) without any evident remorse.

• "The Upgrade": His debut. He is given to Gumball and Darwin as a replacement when Bobert starts glitching out.
