The mushroom is a minor character in The Amazing World of Gumball. Like Fuzzball, they usually appear in the background of the school cafeteria, usually sitting around other background characters. Their first appearance was in "The Third."

Appearance

The mushroom has a tan cap with white spots, and a purple colored stem in seasons 1 and 2. In season 3, they have a pink cap with white spots, and a tan stem, with pink hands and legs. However, they reverted to their old design in "The Mirror," but got their new design back as of "The Butterfly."

• "The Third": They are seen in the cafeteria.
• "The Dress": They are seen in the cafeteria.
• "The Robot": They are at the cafeteria.
• "The Ape": They are seen at the cafeteria.
• "The Fight": They are in the background in the cafeteria.

Season 2

• "The Flower": They appear in the background in the cafeteria.
• "The Banana": They appear in the cafeteria.

Season 3

• "The Name": They are at the cafeteria when Gumball takes a bite off of Kayvon, and later appear in Gumball's subconscious.
• "The Extras": Their first major role and speaking role. They sing "Just Notice Us" with the other background characters.
• "The Move": They are seen in the background in the cafeteria.
• "The Mirror": They appear in the background in the cafeteria again.
• "The Butterfly": They are knocked over in a line during a domino effect.
• "The Oracle": They run over Gumball, Darwin, and Anais along with the other people. They are also one of the many people who want to be the 1,000,000^th customer.
• "The Safety": They appear in one of Darwin's videos.

Season 4

• "The Romantic": They are one of the patrons at the mall.
• "The Wicked": They run away from Margaret in the mall.
• "The Disaster": They are seen in the mall.

Season 5

• "The Line": They are one of the people running to the first showing of Stellar Odyssey.
