The mayor of Elmore is a minor character in The Amazing World of Gumball. Voiced by Garrick Hagon, he is the current mayor of Elmore. He first appears in "The Nuisance."

Appearance

The mayor of Elmore is a humanoid character. His hands, arms, and legs are small, and his head, having a blond wig and a somewhat wrinkled face, is disproportionately large. He wears a business suit with a badge attached to it.

His appearance was reported to hold a "passing resemblance" to Donald Trump, the 45^th and 47^th president of the United States. His appearance is also similar to typical caricatures found in political cartoons.

Personality

He possesses rather a selfish and mercenary personality, as shown in "The Nuisance," where he wants to get rid of the Wattersons and move them to Ohio, his motives being that they are bringing the prices of the neighborhood down.

In "The Neighbor," the mayor eavesdrops on Gumball, Darwin, and Gary and uses the plan Gumball and Darwin make up despite it being specifically designed to be cruel and ruthless, showing that he is dishonest and highlighting his monetary and uncaring motives.
