Max (formerly known as HBO Max) is an American subscription video on-demand streaming service from Warner Bros. Discovery Direct, a division of Warner Bros. Discovery. The service launched as HBO Max on May 27th, 2020. It was rebranded to Max on May 23rd, 2023.
With Turner Broadcasting System being a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Discovery, Max, based on Warner Bros. Discovery-owned HBO's premium TV service, serves all of its original programming along with Cartoon Network originals.
