- The theme song can be heard during the chorus.
- Darwin's beatboxing at the beginning is a reference to the beginning of the theme song.

- This was the longest song in the series until "The Compilation," where it was surpassed by "Weird Like You And Me."
- Gumball and Darwin sing about the shark-bear-gator, which is a callback to "The Gi."

Goofs/errors
- When the boys sing, "We got all the time that we wanna kill," Darwin's mouth moves, but he does not say anything.
