He is a humanoid hand man. He wears a blue police uniform with a black tie and pants cuffed over brown boots.

Episode appearances

Season 4

• "The Awkwardness": He attempts to arrest Gumball and Hot Dog Guy for larceny, but fails to capture them. He later gets knocked out when Gumball slams into him near the mall's entrance.

Season 5

• "The Ollie": He arrests Richard for being naked at the mall.

Season 6

• "The Faith": He is part of the crowd at Elmore Stadium, and joins the milk guy and several others in supporting magic over embroidery.
