The French fries are minor characters in The Amazing World of Gumball. They make their first appearance in "The World," as part of a platoon with a burger and a cup of soda. Starting in "The Finale," they appear larger, and serve as cops. The Sergeant was voiced by Dan Russell. As of "The Finale," they have arms and legs.

Appearance

They are yellow French fries with thin black limbs and black beady eyes. Some of them have more detailed eyes with whites.

Season 2

• "The World": They are eaten by Gumball and Darwin.
• "The Finale": One appears in a police car with the Hamburger Cop.

Season 3

• "The Name": Several appear in the police cars to arrest the Wattersons.
• "The Law": Several appear when Felicity is arrested.
• "The Friend": They try to arrest the Chimera, but get soggy from Gumball, Anais, and Darwin's traps.
• "The Oracle": One tries to arrest Gumball, along with the Donut Cop and the Hamburger Cop.

Season 4

• "The Crew": Two falsely arrest Marvin, Betty, and Donald.
• "The Gift": Some arrest Gumball and Darwin, and horrify Masami in the process.
• "The Nest": One puts up a missing poster for Gary.
• "The Bus": One is in the police car with the Donut Cop and explodes. It later tries to arrest Harold, Richard, Principal Brown, and Dexter, and eventually, Rob.

Season 5

• "The Choices": One is a hippie in Mr. Small's protest.
• "The Heist": Two are seen outside of the Bank of Elmore.
• "The News": They are with the Donut Cop at Joyful Burger.

Season 6

• "The Sucker": Darwin imagines that some arrest Julius Oppenheimmer Sr.
• "The Vegging": Some are trying to help the Wattersons.
• "The Father": Two jump on Richard.
• "The Cage": A french fry is seen on the top of Elmore Junior High.
• "The Shippening": Two of them investigate the Awesome Store, and one, named Frank, is possessed by a doll.
• "The Understanding": Two almost arrest Quattro and Siciliana.
• "The Awareness": Two investigate a crime scene.
• "The Decisions": One is at the mall during the riot.
