I Hate "The Best"
This episode is just flat out awful. The worst character is at her worst, completely contradicting the name.
Even Darwin wasn't at his best in this episode, another contradiction of the title. I did like his neutral stance, however it kinda felt out of character after he started leaning towards Carmen's side.
This is the one time when Gumball was probably the best character due to how relatable he is in this episode. Carmen is an awful nerd in this episode, criticizing gumball for every breath he takes, and has the audacity to do that stupid nerd pose with their eyes closed and a finger pointing up.
And plus, Carmen's bad past was revealed here. And I don't forgive easily at all due to a personal experience of mine, so I hold STRONG grudges. …
Carrie is Half-Human!?: A TAWOG Theory
So, I was rewatching the show for my EWW series (over on Wattpad, AO3 and Reddit) when I got to this scene in Halloween:
Gumball and Darwin glare at Carrie
Carrie: What?
Gumball: Well, how come we can see you every day, but we have to take a potion to see them?
Carrie: Duh! Because I was born a ghost. Come on, let's go meet some people.
She floats away
Darwin: How does that work?
Gumball: Mimicking Carrie Duh! ...I don't know, actually.
This got me thinking. How does that work? I mean, she's still just a normal ghost. Even if she was born as one, that doesn't change anything about her biology or powers. She'd still just be a regular ghost, just like everyone else there, and thus should be unable to be seen.
So, how come that isn't the case? Why can everyon…
Idea for episode
Ok, so I know that the show has ended, but here's an episode I think they should've made:
It would've been called "The Trip", revolving around Frankie and Louie, who had been at each other's arms, arguing and fighting. Tired, the Wattersons make them both go on a Harold and Kumar-style road trip to Richwood (the place with Carlton and Troy), where they bond over their mutual belief that Granny Jojo is insane. However, they get into a bunch of trouble when some old "friends" of Frankie cross them. Then, Louie's old senior citizen friends (Marvin, Donald, and Betty) would've joined in. It would've ended with a parody of Thelma and Louise, with Frankie and Louie driving off the side of a cliff in mobility scooters and injuring themselves. Afte…
