It's actually a flashback scene
Even I, a Kiff and Gumball fan, notice many similarities between both shows. Unpopular opinion, but I think Kiff's second season is better and funnier than TW3OG. It's actually an underrated show overshadowed by being a cartoon comedy about animals (and looking like a mix of Family Guy, the Simpsons and I guess South Park, although the animation in general is fantastic, especially with hand-drawn animation practically dying for quite some time).
I'd say since it's literally the rest of the season, probably September-December of 2025. All remaining episodes finished production around the same time that teaser trailer came out in May.
It's funny because Gumball, being a British cartoon, was made at 25fps to begin with. I noticed this a while ago and I've compiled every single official Gumball clip that has audio in a different pitch (almost all of these were uploaded in 2020-2021). Only a handful of them are PAL-pitched, but clips of The Fuss and The Spoiler are way too fast, like two or three semitones higher.

There might be another one or two but those were all the ones I could find.
I just prefer which version has the correct audio pitch.
Also I checked and Numberblocks isn't slowed down on Netflix, as its a streaming service that has no problem showing 25fps content in NTSC regions and 24fps content in PAL regions.
Although NTSC is approximately 60hz/30fps, meaning that 50hz/25fps PAL content can be aired just fine, lots of other shows do the 25-24p slowdown, such as the Fox Kids airings of Space Goofs, some DVDs of Wallace and Gromit, BGDCMC on Max Latin America, most recent US and Canadian DVDs of Peppa Pig, and Disney Junior US airings of Timmy Time, Tinga Tinga Tales and Octonauts (Bluey is also slowed but pitch corrected, and since the PAL Disney channels use the 24p US masters instead of the original 25p, the show airs PAL-pitched, making it one of the few examples of PAL content STILL being PAL-pitched in certain airings and networks around the world).

No. The season 4 episodes affected are only "The Return", "The Crew", "The Pest" and "The Gift" to my knowledge.
NTSC is actually 30fps, but countries that use that format (such as the USA and Japan) prefer to produce their cartoons at 24fps. Although most 25fps cartoons air fine in NTSC regions, there are quite a few examples of this slowdown occurring. Hulu, it was fine before, you didn't need to change the episodes to suit your American needs. Disney does stuff like this to most 25fps shows in America especially, such as Miraculous in New York airings on Disney Channel. Who knows, maybe since Disney owns Hulu, they're the ones to blame.
Seasons 1-3, a few from 4 and The Shippening are all slowed and pitched down by about one semitone on Hulu to my knowledge. The other episodes sound normal or are at least pitch-corrected.
The music sounding flat as hell and the voices sounding either older, tired or the same (depending on the character, episode and scenes) has forced me to watch the show on YouTube TV (I bought the entire series on there a few years ago).
I checked out Gumball on Hulu for the first time in a long while (because WBD removed the show from Max a while back) and I discovered that the audio is slightly lower pitched than normal, kinda like the Volume 4 DVD. I remember the episodes being correctly pitched before on there. Good thing 95% of the show is on YouTube in the form of clips.
Here are some videos showing the error
Sorry to crush your hopes and dreams, but it's obviously fake. This is a joke post to mock those who make fake leaks of things and stuff. As for the actual images, they're from this extremely obscure series of PSAs from Cartoon Network Asia called "Safe Steps Kids" (which also features shorts from PPG 2016 and We Bare Bears). This post also exists to remind ourselves that season 7 is just around the corner, and that we should be excited to find new Gumball footage that 99.999% of fans have never seen before!

Some Discord user going by the name "Rob" sent me the link to some unaired episodes of Gumball, which he got from his uncle who works for Ben (the GOAT himself). These include "The Bicycle" (where Gumball rides a bike with training wheels for some reason but Penny's a real one for accepting that), "The Richard" (an episode about an ard who is rich), "The Wand 2: The Squeakquel" (exactly what the title says), "The Movie" (the episode we waited 3+ years for), "The Carseat" (beause they ran out of ideas)and, "The Hole" (where Carmen falls into a manhole and meets the Ninja Turtles).
Here's the link to the leaked episodes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2m4VOT1Tio
For those wondering, the screencap was taken from the Disney Chibi Tiny Tales short "Witches Night Out". I added Carrie, Scarm and the speech bubbles.
I mean, they ARE seemingly official trademarks.
I also found this clip of "Halloween" in PAL-pitch (4% higher speed/pitch, which is enough to make the music and maybe the characters sound different). Thankfully all other clips of this episode are in the correct pitch.
Darwin sounds way higher than expected, even when compared to Gumball. I can't believe such a huge pitch change accidentally slipped through the cracks of the "official" CN.
I've come across an official YouTube clip of "The Spoiler", that is noticeably sped-up (by about 15%), enough to really cause a noticeable difference. The voices are obviously pitched-up and now sound really off (they've been given the South Park treatment), but not quite like chipmunks.
However, Tobias sounds a lot like Alan (they're voiced by the same person obviously and the latter's voice was pitched-up to begin with). A bunch of other clips have this weird speed/pitching audio error, mainly those from season 2. I feel like I'm watching one of those pirated episodes on YouTube or Dailymotion where they weirdly filter the video and usually screw up the audio.
hell nah gumball being animated like ryan's world
In countries like Japan the first two seasons are available on Netflix, so if anyone just wants to watch "classic" Gumball they can with a VPN (this message is not sponsored).
First, let's pick up the pieces to this puzzle. Firstly, in one scene in "The Flower", Carrie partially gets sucked into a vacuum; when she gets out, her face is greatly deformed (as shown in the image below). And then, in "Halloween", she says that ectoplasm is what ghosts like her are made of. According to many, ectoplasm is a viscous substance (basically a thick and heavy liquid like honey). I know she isn't a walking blob but still.
In other words, Carrie could be malleable, kinda like Gumball and Darwin's faces, though, depending on your view, her abilities could be a bit more limited.
