It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize Mr. Small had to buy his drivers license because he's not a legal American citizen so he can't legally get a drivers license

There's the obvious joke that he is in fact not small but it's also ironic bc Mr.Small is claustrophobic which is the fear of small spaces

This monstrosity isn't what Mr.Small's human form would actually look like. We know Mr.Small is actually a foreigner, it's possible the human also knew this so he went the extra mile to make Mr.Small seem even more "normal" creating this cursed, wrinkly version of Mr.Small. My main piece of evidence for this is the fact that his hair lost almost all of it's poofiness and his eyes aren't rounded instead they're very squinted and strained as if his human appearance isn't even supposed to look like that

The amazing world of Gumball is one of the many franchises I only because of the internet so I only know the fandom shows me. At first I didn't even like Mr. Small he just seemed like a deranged lunatic to me but years after leaving the fandom I was bored and a Mr. Small compilation video was on my recommended so I decided to watch, at first I stuck to not even liking Mr. Small but I caught myself audibly giggling at how precious he is. I still think he's deranged but he's also so sweet and silly 😭
