Ben Bocquelet announced on twitter a long while ago that it would be his last season working on the show. Just because the creator/ director leaves does not mean the show will completely end unless we have confirmation that season 6 is the final season. So far it is just a rumor. I mean recently Chris Savino, creator of The Loud House was fired and they are still working on making new episodes as we speak. I can't give you a better example than that. So we still have yet to see the painting from The Oracle come true, see the rest of Penny's family come out of their shells, and maybe, just maybe, a Gumball movie.

It's gonna be like Spongebob, it will never end. Lol. Well, TAWOG along with Adventure Time are the 2 shows on CN that I'll watch all the time so hopefully not. If it's like spongebob, it will be on for long enough then the creator will come back to carry on the show!
